This three-star apartment rental doesn’t try to be fancy — it just delivers exactly what it promises, which is refreshing in a resort town like Eilat where you’re often paying for glitz you don’t really need.
The Space
The room setup is what really impressed me here. You’re getting a proper apartment on the first floor, not some cramped hotel box, and everything actually works. The kitchen has all the basics you’d want for making breakfast or fixing a quick lunch between beach trips — I mean, when you’re staying in Eilat for more than a couple days, eating out every meal gets expensive fast. The whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I actually prefer.
Location Details
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re close enough to the action that you can walk to the main tourist areas, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the chaos all night long. The Red Sea beaches are totally walkable from here, and you know what, so are the good local spots that most tourists never find. There’s decent parking too, which matters if you’re planning day trips up to Jerusalem or over to Petra.
What Works Well
The whole setup just makes sense for how people actually travel these days. You’ve got space to spread out your stuff, a place to keep snacks and drinks cold, and you’re not cramped into a tiny hotel room with your travel companions. The 9.8 rating isn’t some fluke either — this place delivers on the basics really well, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want.

Look, this isn’t going to be the most Instagram-worthy place you’ll ever stay, but it’s going to be one of the most practical. When you’re in Eilat, you’re probably spending most of your time out exploring anyway — snorkeling, hiking in the desert, or just lounging by the water. Very clean and comfortable
Приятный жилой блок. Маленький по площади, но очень грамотно оборудованный и комфортный. Сделан очень красивый ремонт. Всё новое и качественное. Хорошая мебель. Две спальни с удобными кроватями. На кухне есть абсолютно всё! По приезду вас встречает бутылочка качественного вина. Есть капсульная кофе-машина. Есть умный телевизор со множеством каналов и возможностей. Есть лифт. Очень важно - есть бесплатная стоянка возле дома (бесплатных стоянок в Эйлате почти не осталось). Прекрасное место для отдыха в Эйлате. Превзошло мои ожидания. Обязательно вернусь сюда!

Очень чисто и уютно,хорошее месторасположение,тихий дом и двор. Вся нужная бытовая техника чистая и новая. Белье чистое, полотенец хватает. Очень внимательный хозяин,всегда на связи. Спасибо большое.

Небольшая, но и очень уютная квартира две спальни и салон с кухней. В каждой спальне двухместная кровать, отличного качества матрас, большой шкаф тумбочка и телевизор. В салон есть диван, огромный телевизор и журнальный столик. Салон совмещён с полностью обустроенной кухней в которой есть большой холодильник, плитка с двумя конфорками, маленькая духовка, микроволновка, чайник, кофемашинка, посуда кастрюльки тарелки в общем всё необходимое есть. Очень важно большой холодильник, а не маленький как в гостиничных номерах. Квартира находится на первом этаже жилого дома район очень тихий не слышно ни соседей, не улицы. Огромное спасибо Эялю хозяину квартиры за предоставление полной информации всё написано: какой рядом магазин, пиццерия, как можно пройти и на каком транспорте доехать. Всегда отвечает на переписку в ватсапе и на телефон. Очень хорошо отдохнули всем советую обязательно вернёмся ещё раз к нему.

Eyal was easy to communicate with before we arrived and.checked in with us during our stay. We appreciated his A+ hospitality and proactive recommendations for making the most of our time in Eilat. The apartment was basic but clean and functional for our family. The location was for us ideal, because it was a short walk to the beach and a few other places that we didn't want to have to drive to (supermarket, restaurants, etc). Free on site parking was nice.
The place and it's location is good. The owner is very nice and was reachable all the time by phone.
What could be improved: The only thing that we didn't like was some hairs on the bed sheets we saw after arrival

The place is small, value for price is extraordinary which allowed us to be a but more easy with the money for other attractions.
All in all, we got what we expected and had nice environment to sleep. we weren't at the apartment that much (it is quite small and we preferred spend out time outside)
What could be improved: The wifi was a little slow
The TV remotes were kinda hard to navigate, they should be replaced in my opinion, the streamer in general is not my favourite
