Walking into Yam Suf by Isrotel Collection, you immediately get that “this is going to be good” feeling. The lobby has this modern Israeli design thing going on — clean lines but warm somehow, and you can actually smell the Red Sea through the open spaces. It’s one of those places where you know they’ve thought about the details, but it doesn’t feel stuffy or overly formal. The staff genuinely seems happy to see you, which honestly makes such a difference after a long travel day.

The Coral Beach Location

Here’s what I love about staying right on Coral Beach — you’re literally steps from some of the best snorkeling in Eilat, but you’re not stuck in the chaos of the main hotel strip. The couples who stay here absolutely get it (they rate the location 8.8, and I can see why). You can walk to the underwater observatory if you want that tourist experience, or just grab your mask and fins and slip into the water right from the beach. The coral reefs here are actually protected, so the marine life is incredible — I saw parrotfish and angelfish practically from the shore.

The Room Experience

I’ll be honest — the beds here are something special. This four-star property gets consistently high marks for sleep quality, and after spending three nights there, I totally understand why. The room I had faced the sea (worth the upgrade if you can swing it), and there’s something magical about falling asleep to the sound of gentle waves. The air conditioning actually works properly — crucial in Eilat’s heat — and the bathroom has good water pressure, which you can’t always count on in desert locations.

Plus, there’s something about falling asleep to the Red Sea and waking up to those desert mountain views that just makes the whole Eilat experience feel more authentic and less like a typical resort vacation.
