דירה משפחתית מודרנית ליד הים – By Edomlux

First Impressions

When I first walked into דירה משפחתית מודרנית ליד הים – By Edomlux, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a typical apartment building from the outside. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come in understated packages. This four-star place has that modern, clean-lined aesthetic that actually feels lived-in rather than sterile — which is exactly what you want when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

The Space

The apartment setup here is what really sets it apart from your standard hotel experience. You get a proper living area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the kitchen is actually functional — I mean, you can cook a real meal, not just reheat leftovers. The whole space feels like someone’s stylish home rather than a rental, with thoughtful touches that show the Edomlux folks actually care about the guest experience. The modern furnishings work well with the bright, airy layout.

Location in Eilat

Being on חיל ההנדסה puts you in a pretty sweet spot in Eilat — close enough to the action but not right in the thick of the tourist chaos. You’re actually within walking distance of the beach (hence the “near the sea” in the name), and I found myself strolling down there most evenings. The area has that residential feel where you can grab groceries easily and feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just passing through.

What Makes It Work

The family-friendly aspect isn’t just marketing speak here — there’s genuine space for everyone to spread out without stepping on each other. The apartment design means kids can have their own area while adults can actually relax. Plus, having that kitchen means you’re not stuck eating out every meal, which honestly saves a ton of money in Eilat. The modern amenities work seamlessly, and everything feels well-maintained without being overly precious about it.

Why Guests Love It

What I keep coming back to is how this place strikes that perfect balance between hotel service and apartment independence. You get the space and flexibility you need — especially if you’re traveling with family — but with the reliability and cleanliness standards you expect from a quality accommodation. The 8.7 rating makes total sense when you experience how thoughtfully everything’s put together. It’s one of those places where you can actually settle in and enjoy Eilat rather than just survive your stay.
