Central Park Residence
Your Eilat Retreat
First Impressions
Walking up to Central Park Residence on Gan Binyamin Street, you’ll immediately notice this isn’t your typical Eilat hotel. It’s one of those unique boutique places that doesn’t bother with official star ratings — and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The building has this understated elegance that feels refreshingly different from the flashy resort giants dominating Eilat’s skyline.
The Neighborhood Vibe
The location is actually pretty smart when you think about it. You’re away from the tourist chaos of the North Beach strip, but still close enough to walk to everything that matters. I mean, you can still hear the hum of the city, but it’s more like background music than a full orchestra. The street itself feels residential — you know, the kind of place where locals actually live and work, not just where they come to serve tourists.
Inside Your Space
The room I stayed in had this clean, minimalist thing going on that worked well after long days exploring the Red Sea. Nothing too fancy, but everything you need is there and it’s well-maintained. The air conditioning actually works properly (trust me, this matters in Eilat), and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like some places I’ve tried in the area.
What Makes It Work
Here’s what I appreciated most — the staff genuinely knows the area and can point you toward spots that aren’t in every guidebook. They helped me find this great little restaurant about ten minutes away that serves incredible fish, way better than the touristy places near the marina. The whole operation feels more personal, like staying at a well-run guesthouse rather than being just another room number.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
Look, Central Park Residence isn’t going to blow you away with marble lobbies or infinity pools. But if you want a solid base for exploring Eilat without the resort markup and tourist trap atmosphere, it delivers. The 7.6 rating makes sense — it’s good, dependable, and honest about what it offers. Plus, there’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on the basics and does them right.

Guest Reviews
Large. Airy. Near shops et al. Nice view. Lacking own parking, but plenty free / metered nearby
What could be improved: Nothing not to like
It was an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a small kitchen - that is larger and more spacious than a standard hotel room.
The price was low because it was off-season and at the beginning of the week.
The distance from the main attractions in Eilat is small enough.
What could be improved: At first I mistakenly thought that we booked a hotel room, so I called the staff-person to inquire about a lobby to rest in.
The staff-person answered me (sounded a bit angry) that there was no lobby because it is a vacation apartment building and not a hotel.
There were no closets in any room.
The board of on of the beds was broken across.
One on the showers had chipped tiling and a part of the faucet system broken off.
We didn't find any Wi-Fi network there.
Location, spacious
What could be improved: Handle to one of the doors came off when I tried to open it.
Spacy apartment 10 minutes from the beach, not too expensive (by Eilat standards :-()
What could be improved: It is difficult to contact the receptionist. With check-in time till 19.30, we were categorically told to arrive no later than 17.00, and when we managed it after a 5-hour drive, the staff was out of the phone coverage so we had to wait 20 minutes more.
I have no idea why people left so negative responses for this property. Let's say it clear: size of the appartment and value for money are 11 of 10.
Everything else is between fine and amazing. We will definitely return in the future.
What could be improved: Yep, there is no parking, and also NO SWIMMING POOL. There is a mistake in English version on booking, I guess. Also, maybe some stuff inside the appartment could be replaced by new one. Still - no sign for "horror stories" people told here!!! the building is clean, inside and outside, including elevators.
clean, roomy, comfortable . highly satisfied
Apartment comfort
What could be improved: No soap or shampoo was provided in either of the bathrooms
Large living room, master bedroom (shower & bathroom in the room). MAMAD in the apt with two single beds.
What could be improved: My son complained about the size of the shower, so he used the one in the master bedroom.
The facilities were very satisfactory and the large living room and TV were great for our movie nights
What could be improved: The reception wasn't too responsive and the place was kinda dirty, had to clean a bit myself.
excellent facility
What could be improved: parking was a problem. no free parking close by. was hot so had to walk a lot for parking.
